Using Outlook 2003, when trying to edit an existing appointment by
double-clicking, nothing happens; using right-click and open, the error
"cannot open item" displays.
Also, cannot create new appointments, nothing happens -- no error message
displays.
The only add-in that we have is Interaction; and we are using Interwoven
MailSite 8. Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it? Thank you.
