Use OL 2003 for contacts and email only. Have long used it but am really an
OL 'novice.'
Example: never had set up set up folders for email or contacts though, and
have accumulated many hundreds and hundreds of each. Want to integrate and
link the two. In a way where each outgoing and incoming email will be auto
sent to a single folder AFTER it is read...and in a way where there would be
a link inach contact to such folder. Have been struggling to try and figure
out fastest way to accordingly do following:
[1] Create folders in a single action (which would ultimately contain all
past and future emails) for each of my current contacts.
[2] In a separate single action, transfer all past emails containing
respective addresses of contact to such folders....and arrange for all future
ones to be sent to such folders after sent or rec'd.
[3] Place a link in each contact to such folders, so that anytime I go into
contact, I can easily via a single click link to all emails sent and rec'd in
connection w/ such contacts.
What's the best way to accomplish the above?
Thanks!
