Howdy all...

Seems that my junk email filters have stopped working. I have 163.com and
126.com and a few others as well, blocked for years and suddenly I'm now
inundated with chinese/korean/whatever junk again..

I tried deleting and re-adding blocked addresses and domains and they still
seem to come right through.

I tried a couple of suggestions on MS KB but to no effect.

What else can I try? (besides learning to read Chinese?)

TIA,

R.

If you read the headers on the messages that come through, have they been
munged? If yes, then welcome to phase xx of the spammer wars.

Use a good Bayesian filter like SpamBayes (available through
sourceforge.net - and an excellent price) and use it to train your Outlook
to filter this junk to where it belongs. I have been using it for about 2
years and rarely get any spam in my inbox and 3 or 4 false positives per
MONTH. I highly recommend it.

Hey Milly,

No they're not munged.
In fact I had all of china blocked as well as chinese language, but no help.

It _was_ working perfectly until couple of days ago.

I'll check out SpamBayes.

Thanks,

Rob
