OL 2003 recovery - where is profile & account info stored?

(WINDOWS XP) I just installed a new motherboard, reinstalled the OS &
MS Office 2003 clean, with a new temporary profile. I have a bunch of
*.pst files. I had two or three active profiles set up, and a half-
dozen or more email accounts configured. I'm hoping I don't have to
rebuild all that. Where is the profile and the email account info
stored? I searched the forum, and didn't find anything quite on the
subject. THANKS.

Mail profile information is stored in the Windows registry. You wiped it when
you reinstalled the operating system.

Email account details are part of the mail profile. Therefore, they're gone,
too.
