ol 2007 does not automatically re-open windows on restart

[lcc]

prior to upgrading to ol 2007, if i had separate windows open for
outlook mail, calendar and tasks and i shut down, when i restarted
windows those same windows would open automatically.

this is no longer the case with ol 2007 .. any idea how to recreate
this behavior?

does the shortcut you are using have the /recycle switch on the command
line? (remove it)
