Hi,
I found a strange behavior which might have come up after Office 2007 SP1
installation and/or the German language pack, which I use only because of the
spelling check. Menus and OS is all in US English.
Only in an editor window (either view, preview pane or new e-mail editor
window) when I do a right click, hovering over the menu items makes the hover
color that usually appears right away very slow. Even sub-menus open only
with a clear lag. Outside this editor window (all af them mentioned above) I
can right click anything and mouse / hover / sub-menus are fast as usual.
It's definitly only in an editor window with Outlook. Any right click there
opens the menu quick, but hovering and automatic opening of sub-menus is
very, very slow.
during the lag, the OL 2007 process takes all processor time doing something
I couldn't find out.
It's not happening in Word 2007 nor any other program.
It's Win XP SP2 PRO and Office Enterprise 2007...
Any clue?
