OL 2007 Error Message - Data Files Weren't Closed Properly

I am running OL 2007 on Vista and I recently started receiving a message
every time I open OL 207 - Data file was not closed properly, your Outlook
may run slower while...

Now I am receiving that Personal Folders was not closed properly....

I am closing the app after all messages have been sent & received.

Anything I can do to correct this condition?
