OL 2007 - Flag for Me disabled

Hi there,

I have a stragen situation and did not find any solution to it yet.
I am using OL 2007 english with Exchange 2003. When I am in the office with
a direct connection to Exchange, the "Flag for Me" option is greyed out. Flag
for Recipients works normal.

The funny thing is that when I work from home over VPN, it is not disabled
(at least sometimes). Very Very strange. Any Idea?
