OL 2007 Hyperlinks not enabled

In text messages Hyperlinks were always highlighted and clickable in outlook
2003. After upgrading the same message no longer has hyperlinks that work.
(I.e. they are not highlighted and I can not click them). These are NOT
junk mail or phishing messages. I have the sender marked as NOT junk and
the phishing filter is NOT enabled on these messages...

I want to be able to click on the hyperlinks and have them open up in
explorer like they did in OL 2003.... The only help I find relates to junk
mail or phishing filters which should not be involked on these messages
since they are from a trusted source. Can anyone help me to get the
hyperlinks working.
