A customer of ours has the following setup:
Server: Windows 2003 Std. – Exchange 2003 sp2
Client: Windows XP sp2 – Office 2007 SBE
One of the clients has an recurring problem sending email. Suddenly,
out of nowhere, email gets stuck in his outbox and won’t send. When
viewing the content of his outbox, all queued email flickers. When
multiple messages are queued than the message on top of the list gets
transferred to the bottom of the list, and so on.
The only way to solve this is to reboot the system and start Outlook
again.
His profile has been recreated multiple times, re-installed Office
multiple times and tested with and without servicepacks, no luck.
The problem occurs suddenly and sometimes it doesn’t occur for three
or four days.
Is anyone familiar with this problem?
Please reply!
Thanks
