OL 2007 Message stuck in outbox (intermittent)

Sending email I get messages stuck in the outbox. Sending a series of 6
different emails I found (again) one stuck in the outbox. SOmetimes I can
recreate the message and resend it again and it goes, other times (such as
now) It won't go even if I can create it. I used to support exchange and
outlook and the logs "look" fine to me. I called the people on the recipients
list and no one recieved the message.
I have made a new profile and re-defined my SMTP service. The
I turned on looging and here's the logs:
