Outlook 2007 w Vista.
I use the scroll function of my Touchpad, (similar to the 'wheel' on a
mouse) to scroll when reading email messages.
With normal sized messages, this works normally. However, with msgs that
are several pages in length, the 'bar' portion of the scrollbar will reach
the bottom of the slider before I reach the bottom of the msg.
If I then click on the Arrow at the bottom of the scrollbar, the 'bar' will
instantly reposition to allow further scrolling with the Touchpad/Mouse
wheel.
This has been going on for a while and is repeatable with long msgs.
Note that I do perform all the available Windows and Office updates.
