Using Outlook 2007 SP2 on Windows XP SP3. All components appear to be up to
date.
If I'm creating a new message, and click Insert -> Signature -> [dropdown
down arrow], I get a dropdown that lists my 2 signatures, along with an
option "Signatures..."
The two signature choices appear operative, in that I can switch back and
forth between the two, and the signature line in the message changes
accordingly. If I click "Signatures ..." however, nothing appears to happen.
Shouldn't I be able to edit my signature file using that selection?
My signature files are located in c:\documents and
settings\[user]\application data\microsoft\signatures and are editable there.
Mail is composed in HTML format.
What can I do to enable editing of signature files directly, from within the
OL message window?
Thanks.
