OL 2007 to OL2003 Reply/Forward Issues

Quick question, I have a client running O2K7 with Exchange 2003 attempting to
e-mail a client on O2K3 with Echange 2003. The issue is that when sending
from the 2007 client the mail is leaving the gateway in tact but when
received at the other end the email has been stripped of all
forwarded/replied content apart from the last reply.

Any assistance is appreciated

I'd look for a mail scanning application on the receiving end first.
