OL XP - Categorization in Contact List

I recently installed some DSL software (SBC Yahoo) and my
outlook acted differently afterwards. Tried system
restore and no luck.

Before, when composing an email and clicking on To, CC,
or BCC, I got a contact list that would say i.e. Geoffrey
Sanders (E-mail) and Geoffrey Sanders (Business Fax) for
someone that had both data fields entered. Now, I just
get two listings, each just the person's name. How can I
get the categorization of the contact to return?

You left out the part about changing Outlook versions.
