When I start OL 2002, it always performs a Send/Receive on
ALL accounts in my profile, even though certain accounts
are excluded from my Send/Receive Groups. Is there a way
that I can prevent Outlook from doing this? I have an
HTTP account (MSN e-mail) that cannot be reached when I'm
connected to my company's network and Outlook gets stuck
for about a minute trying to establish a connection to the
HTTP mail server.
