OL2002 doesn't display folder contents

Suddenly my Outlook fails display the contents of one folder. The folder indicates that it has more than 100 emails, however, nothing is displayed. If I add a new entry to the folder the number contained in the folder is incremented but nothing is displayed. The folder even indicates there are unread emails, yet nothing can be viewed.

I am on an Exchange server. All other folders' contents display as they should.I have checked the viewing filters and everything appears normal. Have rebooted both the workstation and the server.
