OL2002 graphics don't show in body of message

I have sent messages with embedded graphics from OL2002 to other PCs with
OL2002 and
the results are not always the same.
Most receive the message with the graphic shown in the body of the message
and no attachments - all is OK
But some are receiving the e-mail with no graphic in the message, but the
graphics arrives as an attachment.
What do I do to these PCs to make sure that graphic shows properly in the
body of the message?
