Hey all
In Outlook 2002 I want to use a keyboard shortcut to change from HTML/RTF to
Plaintext. I have found the CTRL+SHIFT+O shortcut which works as expected
when you open a message which has been recieved. However, when I reply or
forward a message which was received in HTML/RTF format, the shortcut will
not convert the email to plaintext. Selecting Format>Plain Text from the
menu however, works without a problem.
Does anyone have any idea why this works when opening recieved messages, but
not in messages the are being replied to/forwarded (or new messages for that
matter)? anyone know of a workaround/alternative keyboard
shortcut?
Basically I always want to reply/forward in plain text no matter what format
it was recieved in.
Cheers
