OL2002 rights problems by opening a form

Hi,

on WinXP and OL2002 I'm opening a form as local admin. This works fine, but
if the current user is a domain user, I will recive the following error
message:
The selected form can't be displayed. During registering the form an ole
registration error is occurred.

I think, it is a simple rights problem, but I can find where. I've examined
the registry already, but I found nothing.
Making a domain-user to an local admin works, but is not a solution.

Is there any solution?
