OL2002 some mail shown as unread

Greetings-

OL2002sp1on XPsp1; Server = E2KpostSP3. I've noticed over the last few
days that after I read some email messages and close the message it will
still show as unread. If I open it again and close it then it shows as
read. Either it's freakin' out or I am.
