I have a user who is running Outlook 2002 on a Windows 2000 Professional
machine. The attorney she works under requests that each email she prints has
a reference to the attachment. The emails she receives are in HTML format. I
know that I can convert the HMTL messages to plain text but that a) is too
many steps and b) sometimes screws up the message formatting.
I need to make the email messages print an attachment icon and filename. As
I recall, the solution was in editing the header field of the Memo print
style and adding a field for the attachment. Problem is that I cannot find
the appropriate command to enter into the hearder. Maybe I'm heading in the
wrong direction. Please help. Thank you!
