OL2003: Attachment Security Warning

I keep reading there's no way to defeat this warning, "Attachment
Security Warning". I've done the Level1Remove for .mdb filetype. But
OL forces me to save to disk. This is by design so I read.

However, at work, they somehow have OL open .mdb, .exe, etc. without
any warnings and without saving to disk. So, there's gotta be a way.

Work PC: XP, OL2003
Home PC: Vista, OL2003

At work, they may be using server-based settings that are not available to a home user.
