OL2003-BCM Accounts-Contacts-How import One to Many ???

I have Msaccess 2003 with Companyname and several persons in that
company.(One to many in linked tables.)
How to import Companies and Persons in OL2003 BizAccounts and BizContacts
and get also LINKED
One company with many persons in the same companyreceord. ??
