OL2003 BCM-Accounts limited with small Memofield??

It seems that upon importing in OL2003 BCM into Accounts ,some bigger (two
three pages) of Memofield from Access table in Companies table not
imported,gives error (read customer log error file).
If imported same file into OL2003 in the standard"Contacts"' then no
problem.
It skips records with bigger Memofields, what is max size
of field in BCM Account (and Business Contacts)

The limit in BCM is 4000 characters.
