OL2003 Contact Won't Display In Address Book...

I have a Contact that I can 'see' via My Contacts, i.e Address Card
View but this Contact is not listed in the Address Book. Any attempts
to this Contact as a new Contact results in being informed that the
Contact already exists. If I proceed to create the new Contact regardless
the Contact remains visible via My Contacts but not the Address Book.

Can somebody explain how to reconcile this issue so I can 'see'
the Contact in the Address Book?
