OL2003 Fails to Displ;ay Folder Contents

H

Howard Kelley

Suddenly my Outlook fails display the contents of one folder. The folder indicates that it has more than 100 emails, however, nothing is displayed. If I add a new entry to the folder the number contained in the folder is incremented. It even indicates there are unread emails, yet nothing can be viewed.

I am on an Exchange server. All other folders' contents display as they should.I have checked the viewing filters and everything appears normal. have rebooted bothy the workstation and the server.

HI,
Have you tried outlook command switches:
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type the complete path :
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11
\Outlook.exe" /resetfolders
