Hi, NG!
I have three machines in my organization that experience problems when we
try to close OL2003, i.e. the outlook process won't end. We have to kill it
from Task Manager or allow the OS to kill it when it shuts down. All the
machines are laptops, two of them are "classic" laptops and one is a Tablet.
There is no such problem on desktops.
We use:
- Exchange Server 2003 (SBS) (on the server)
- WinXP SP2, OL2003+Office2003SP1 (clients)
The clients are configured as follows:
- one of them in classic Exchange mode
- one in cached mode
- one in cached mode + RPC over HTTP
All of them experience this problem, no matter how much I wait the process
doesn't exit.
What am I to do to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.
