I do the following: Actions -> New Mail Message Using -> Plain Text.
The new message window opens with (Plain Text) in the title.
I write my message and send it off.
When it arrives at the other side it is a HTML message.
Actually it is a multi-part message that has three parts:

Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="ISO-8859-1"
(plain text message)

Content-Type: text/html;
charset="ISO-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN">
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<META NAME="Generator" CONTENT="MS Exchange Server version 5.5.2657.73">
<TITLE>(subject line)</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>(original plain text message)<FONT>
</P>
</BODY>
</HTML>

<TITLE>(subject line)</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>(original plain text message)</FONT>
</P>
</BODY>
</HTML>
Question: who is doing that - Outlook, or the Exchange Server?
How can I turn this off?
Thanks!
