I have a client who is experiencing a few issues with Outlook 2003 on an XP
SP2 box:
- Can't open multiple Tasks and have icons for attached e-mails (objects) be
operable above a certain limited number (they turn into a generic "flying
Windows" icon)
- Can't click and drag or cut and paste icons for attached e-mails (objects)
and have them be operable after the fact
- Can't open an attached e-mail (object) within a task, close it, and then
be able to re-open it without first having to make a change to the Task, save
the Task and then re-open it.
Note that this issue appears to be limited to e-mail objects only and does
not appear to affect other Office-type documents (.DOC, .XLS, .PPT) or .PDFs.
Have applied all apparently relevant patches and installation is Outlook
post SP2.
Any help much appreciated.
