OL2003 Junk filtering NOT working

HELP !! This is a Second Attempt t oresolve OL2003 problem.

I have listed several "Domains" that are junk or Adult E-mail.
Only Some are being Blocked.
Is there a Maximum number of Blocked address???
Is there a limit on "Domain" Size ????
I have noticed I have both (e-mail address removed) and @junkmail.com
in my List. Is this why it isn't working ??

Anyone ??
