OL2003 Messages moved to Junk even though put in Safe Senders List

I am very frustrated w/ OL2003 Junk email functionality.
I have marked associates email addresses to be Safe Senders List. Even though I have done this, the sender's email is marked as junk! I can see the exact email address in the Safe Senders List and confirmed that there is an exact match with the From header in Message Options.
What's up with this M$ ??? Has anyone else had this happen.

I have the user in my Contacts folder and checked the consider all Contacts safe option and still get the same results from some yahoo.com email users.

Do the messages contain words or phrases marked as suspected spam/adult
content? This is the usual way that the mail ends up in the junk mail
folder.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted
w/out reading.
