OL2003 Msg w/voting button shuts OL2002

When we broadcast a message from any OL2003 client around to various clients
with OL2003, OL2000 and OL2002, everyone can use the voting buttons to
respond properly, but the one OL2002 client closes Outlook immediately after
opening the message (before using the voting button). The OL2002 client
otherwise functions fine. Any ideas? Do I just need to uninstall then
reinstall?
