OL2003 Problem - Font size randonly changes during composition of new / reply e-mail

Hi,

I work for a Desktop Support company and I have come across an unusual
problem in Outlook 2003 to which I have yet to find a resolution.

The symptoms are when composing a new e-mail (or replying to an
existing one) the font size randomly changes in the middle of the text
(either increasing or decreasing in size). This can happen
mid-paragraph and there appears to be no obvious pattern.

The user is sending mail formatted as HTML and is NOT using Word 2003
to edit the messages.

Any help / advice greatly appreciated.
