OL2003:Put Paste Special - Text on Toolbar?

In Word and Excel, I can Customize the toolbars and find something under All
Commands and drag it up to the toolbar. I use Edit >> Paste Special, Text
quite a bit. Can I put this on the toolbar in Outlook?

Yes you can add a shortcut in exactly the same way, just open up a new
message or task etc and customise the toolbar there. Just like you do in Word
or Excel.

Worked for me using 2003.
