OL2003 rules won't work under OL2007. Re-post -- no help?

My long-running set of OL2003 rules aren't working under OL2007 All of
them are being ignored. After installing OL2007 and transferring all
data, messages, etc., I responded Yes to the prompt to "upgrade the rules
and alerts" or something like that. Any suggestions?

Also, I'm sure this is a stupid question, but when a rule deals with
everybody in the contact list, is it dynamic; i.e., does it examine the
current list -- as opposed to just compiling its own list at the time the
le is created?

Disable all the rules but one and see if that rule will work when it's the
only enabled rule. Make sure to pick a rule that you can easily test.

I'm about 75% sure that it's stored when you make the rule so doesn't
automatically update, but I've been wrong before. Easy enough to test,
just create a group with one person in it, create a rule based on it, then
add
a gmail account you can send from.
