I
Ian Cowley
Every 5 minutes when Outlook 2003 synchronizes with the Exchaneg (possibly
5.5) server, I get an entry in the Sync Issues folder, with the following:
15:16:07 Synchronizer Version 11.0.5604
15:16:07 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Cowley, Ian'
15:16:07 Synchronizing Hierarchy
<snip>
15:16:10 Downloading from server 'EXCHANGE3'
15:16:10 Synchronizing Views
15:16:10 Downloading from server 'EXCHANGE3'

15:16:11 Error synchronizing folder
15:16:11 [8004010F-501-8004010F-0]
15:16:11 The client operation failed.

15:16:11 Done
15:16:12 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
15:16:12 0X8004010F
Now, I assume this is related to the Offline Adress Book. I contacted our
local IT bods who suggested I switch off synchronising the OAB. So I went
into the settings and discovered it wasn't set to synchronise anyway.
Any ideas how I can stop this message? Would removing and then recreating
the exchange account in Outlook solve this?
