OL2003 to 2000

Hi,
One of my colleague moved his station to a different, there he got ol2000
and he was using ol2003. How can he transfer his mail from ol2003 to ol2000,
I heard ol2003 pst will not work in earlier version of outlook.
any help

Dear,
You cannot use the OL2003 pst in OL2000, what you can do create new data
file(pst file) (outlook97-2002 format)in the existing OL2003 and copy or move
the data to it. Done
Use the 97-2002 pst file on your destination computer
