OL2003 with Exchange question

Wendy Williams

Hi All,

I need some help with a 2003 setup. I am very familiar with Exchange 5.5 and
OL2K but not the 2003 versions.

There is a user who started their OL03 without me there and now they are set
up with a pst file. In OL2K I knew to switch them from Internet only Mode
to Corporate Mode.

How do I do this in OL03 with Exchange 03 SBS?

Thanks!
Wendy

There are no modes anymore within Outlook 2002 and 2003. Reconfigure the
profile to have an Exchange account. Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> New-> etc...
Make sure you configure the Exchange mailbox as the default delivery
location as well.

You don't Outlook 2003 doesn't have dual configuration modes. Just set up a
profile with Exchange and the Outlook Address Book in it (and the .pst file
unless you want them to just import it).
