OL2003: Word Routing Slip shows 'Received Date' as NONE

Coworker upgraded from OL2000 --> OL2003. If I send a Word or Excel file
with routing slip to my coworker, my send/received date is correct. But if
he sends a routing slip, Received Date shows NONE. (I have tried to persuade
him to just use Sent date, but he has an application that he needs the
Received date for). All other messages he sends out shows correct Revived
date, only those with routing slips have issues.

THINGS I'VE TRIED:
-Recreating his MAPI profile - same issue.
-If I create a MAPI profile for me on his machine, mine works correctly.
-If he creates a MAPI profile on my machine, it works correctly.

It appears that the problem lies somewhere in his user profile or forms.
Any ideas where I can begin to look?
