OL2007 and Vista Ultimate 32-Bit

Hi there,

Here is my configuration:
Dell Latitude D830 with 4Gb RAM running Vista Ultimate SP1
Office 2007 Professional SP1

Network:
Windows 2003 Domain SP2

Email:
Exchange 2003

The problem:
Outlook will appear to stop for 2 or 3 minutes as a time. Sometimes it
gives the "white, faded screen", sometimes it does not. It normally happens
when I am switching between folders and when new mail arrives. We are using
Outlook in Cached mode.

Can anyone suggest some trouble-shooting tips? This has been going on for
sometime, even before Vista SP1 was installed.
