OL2007 and Voice Mail Tab

We're running an Exchange 2003/2007 environment. Whenever I open the Voice
Mail tab in Outlook 2007, I get prompted for network credentials to our CA
server. After I enter my login info, the form fills in with my information
and then Outlook crashes. I do have Unified Messaging enabled on my
account. The Voice Mail options work just fine in OWA.

Any solutions or steering me in right troubleshooting direction would be
greatly appreciated.
