Hi,
We have a delegated user who cannot open/edit or create calender items in
the calender for her boss.
She has been given both delegation rights, as well as full-access rights
(server-side) on the mailbox.
Using her own Outlook 2007 client when she opens a calender appointment she
receives an error message:
"Cannot open this item. Cannot open the free/busy information. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment."
When she opens her own Outlook Web Access (OWA) and then open his mailbox,
she is able to do everything she needs to do.
Tried so far:
- Office 2007 repair
- Removed all Outlook profiles from her PC and configured it from scratch
- Configured her account on another computer
- Configured her account an a brand new PC
All without solving the issue.
When I create an outlook profile on her pc, and configure her boss-es
mailbox on it (still using delegated access), then she is able to do
everything ?!?
What works:
- Delegated access using Outlook Web Access
- A profile on her pc with his mailbox configured.
What doesn't work:
- Opening calendar items when using a profile with her own mailbox configured.
All other secretaries have no issues on the mailbox.
She is the only one with full-access rights on the mailbox, and is the only
one that cannot work.
On other calenders she has no problems at all.
So it is only the combination of her and her boss.
Does anyone have a suggestion ?
