| Hi mlai,
|
| Perform the suggestions below to see if it works.
|
| #1 If there is OWA on the exchange server. Login OWA with the user
account
| to see if you can connect to the mailbox correctly. If not, recreate the
| mailbox to test the issue.
|
| #2 In Outlook 2007, delete the Exchange email account setting. Close
| Outlook. Go to Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts to re-configure your
| Exchange email account. Open Outlook to test the issue again.
|
| #3 Create a new Outlook profile and configure the Exchange email account
in
| it to see if Outlook 2007 can connect to the Exchange serer properly.
|
| How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook 2003

| |
| | All of a sudden, the OL2007 on one of my machine is having problem
| keeping
| | connected to the Exchange 2003 on my sbs2003 sp2 machine. OL2007 just
| | reports a connection drop and then reconnects to the exchange 3-4 times
a
| | minute. Only happens on one machine and not others. Checked event
logs
| and
| | nothing shows up. Last installation of anything to the machine has
been
| | over 2 weeks ago and this problem just came up.
| |
| | Can somebody help please?
