OL2007: Inbox open, new received mail not showing up instantly

Hi,

my first week with OL2007 has been good so far with just one real PITA: I've
installed the complete package and also the Windows Desktop Search which runs
now in the background on my XP Pro machine.

Usually I've my view open on the Inbox and when I receive new mail the folder
view on the left gets instantly updated, however I don't see the new mail in
the Inbox folder. At lest not until I move to another folder and move back.
That's really annoying.

This actually applies to all folders (I've some rules which deliver some mails
directly into non-Inbox folders) but the issue remains the same: the folder
gets updated in the left pane indicating new mail has arrived, but I don't see
it in the folder unless and navigation away and back again.

OL2003 hasn't had this behavior. Any idea how I can configure OL2007 to show
new mails instantly? Is this because of the Windows Desktop Search feature?
