I work for a consulting company, and we are currently using Outlook
2007 (win xp pro/sp2) to get mails from a POP server. We keep our
individual calendars in our pst files.
My current client is using Exchange server, and I set up a new email
account with the exchange server settings provided to me, and made it
so that all mail is delivered to my personal folder.
What has ended up happening, and it may or may not be a consequence of
delivering all email to personal folder, is that only my pst calendar
has all the events and appointments registered. All email invites I
send or receive from exchange account also end up on my pst calendar.
Besides making my free/busy schedule not available on exchange server,
it is also annoying to not be able to differentiate which invite
belongs to which account.
Is there a way I can set up outlook to keep the two calendars
separate, in such a way that all invites sent/received using my
company account stay in the personal folder calendar, and all invites
sent/received from exchange stay in the exchange calendar?
