OL2007 RSS Feeder

Wouldn't it be a wonderful thing if you could navigate somehow initiate
Outlook 2007 to update an individual RSS feed? Or am I missing somehing?

Send/Receive should do that, but...If you only want to update one
particular account, you'd have to remove the account in the send/receive
settings, edit group. And, it will not update the account if the update
limit hasn't expired yet (the time Outlook waits at a minimum before
getting an RSS feed again). You can switch that off in the RSS Feed
Options. Now the interesting thing is that for the MSDN feeds there is
no publisher update limit posted and yet they still take forever to
update...
