OL2K No reply

Occassionally I send messages with OL2K (SP2) and my recipient responds to
me. All I get is my original message back. In other words, they need to
create a reply to me rather than hit the REPLY button.

Is the problem at my end or theirs? (Mostly I get responses to my emails
Ok - just the occassional few).

Theirs - they need to hit the reply button and then enter their reply text
in the window supplied.
