OL2K reminders getting burried

Hi there folks!

One of my users is have an issue with their appointment
reminders. The reminders are "Always on top" and
consequently, the user misses them because they get
burried and he's too stup...oh, sorry, I mean too busy to
notice the reminders in the task bar. Is there a way to
force the reminders to be "always on top".

He's using Win2K Pro with Outlook 2K.
