OL2K-SR1 "Can't find/open (outbound) attachments"

I posted this on the Outlook groups twice & got no responses,
now I'm trying here.

I'm thinking this is a registry issue; but don't know which
which key to fix.

I moved an XP Pro SP1 system from a 8GB drive with no
wiggle room to a roomy 30GB drive.

Now Outlook 2K claims it can't find or open outbound attachments.
It worked fine before the move. And inbound attachments are
OK; so are Forwarded attachments.

I checked all the Option settings comparing to another XP box
that's running Office 2K. I've tried deleting (including the directory)
and re-installing Office 2K SR1, with no luck.

I'd really appreciate any ideas here.
